I was both surprised and impressed by this months entries. I was surprised by the number of entries submitted, and was delighted by the quality of the majority of those submissions. We had more than 50 entries this month, with a little more than half of them making the cut. This is a lot better than previous months had experienced.
Selecting a winner was not easy for me. It seem as though it gets more and more difficult every month. Ultimately, judging came down to a combination of the picture, accompanying story, and votes from visitors. It was not an easy decision, and I would like to thank all of our site visitors who took the time to participate. YOU, the visitor, make this site what it is!
