Dozer #1 in our Hearts

Dozer is 7 years old and has been known to set the example when it comes to dogs and people we know. He is sweet, gentle, and smart. I found him as a puppy when I was in college, he moved everywhere with me, he met my boyfriends, approved of one, and we married. Now my husband and I argue over who loves Dozer more. And in our wedding vows, we agreed to share Dozer and the decisions that will be made regarding him. He is HUGE part of our life and everyone knows it.

I am a teacher and coach, so even my students know and have met my dog. He attends charity events with me like the AIDS Walk in Portland and various places. My nieces crawl all over him and tug on his body while he just lets them. He is kind to all animals and only wants to be near people. He is the #1 dog and the #1 keeper of our hearts.

I have always said that if one member in my family needed a service dog, Dozer would be right there by their side.
