Prissy would do anything to take the attention off the baby!

My dog is a Pomeranian and her name is Prissy. She is six years old. She is the best dog ever! She loves everybody. I got Prissy when she was 8 weeks old when I lived with my boyfriend. She knew Ken for five years and then Ken passed away suddenly of a heart attack. We had to move out of his house within two weeks of his death because his children were moving in.

We packed up and moved in with my mother who is 84. Prissy adapted so fast there and is head of the household. My mother absolutely adores her. She minds well and literally follows me everywhere I go.

All she wants is love, treats and an occasional ride in the car. I have a 4 month old grandson that lives with us and Prissy gets a little jealous when we are giving him all the attention. She loves kissing the baby when he is lying on the floor. She will bring out her stuffed monkey for us to play with her when we are making over the baby.

We put her in the jumperoo after having the baby in it and she just sat there. She did not try to get out. She was loving the attention and getting her picture made. She is precious and I don't know what I would do if something ever happened to her. She brings joy to everyone that comes into the house.

Prissy truly deserves to win this contest!
